HOW THIS WORKS
Lisa Dee offers individual sessions designed to help align the mind and body. When you meet one-on-one with her, you will typically begin with the cognitive portion of the session, during which she listens to your concerns and helps you identify presenting issues while assessing and defining short- and long-term goals.
Sessions often include psychoeducation to help your analytical and conscious mind understand and trust the process, and end with a hypnotherapy session that is intuitive and customized to you.
Using a combination of modalities, Lisa Dee helps her clients live with greater confidence, health, and clarity, moving past fears and phobias, limiting behaviors, performance anxiety, smoking, food issues, and more.
