“I learned a lot from Lisa. I found her to be creative, collaborative, and thoughtful. Luckily for me, that was just the tip of the iceberg as far as her talents were concerned.”

CORPORATE AND CREATIVE EXPERIENCE

ABOUT LISA

Lisa Dee is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Behavioral Change Facilitator, with a background as a Fortune 100 Learning and Development Leader and certification as a Grief Recovery Specialist. Her academic training includes a High Honors Diploma in Hypnotherapy and an Occupational Studies Degree in Mind-Body Psychology, both from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Social Change from Pacific Oaks College. She holds additional certifications in the Grief Recovery Method, Reiki, and somatic training at the Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing, where her studies included Body Psychology, Anatomy and Physiology, and Tai Qi Chuan.

Born in the San Francisco Bay Area and residing in Los Angeles for the past 25 years, Lisa Dee has a rich, multidisciplinary background and decades of experience that combine healing arts, corporate leadership, and high-level creative performance. She brings a depth of experience from her years of education and training, along with the creativity, intuition, and grounded presence that help her clients feel understood and supported from the moment they meet. This immediacy of trust and rapport allows change to take place quickly. Her services are offered virtually and internationally via Zoom or custom group workshops in-person at your location, providing a focused, one-on-one space where the subconscious mind becomes an active partner in change.

For years, Lisa Dee balanced careers in Learning & Development strategy for some of the world's largest companies and as a non-profit Executive Director in the creative arts, all while sustaining a musical career that spanned classical opera performance and touring in folk, country, and experimental music. During those years she met so many people who were struggling deeply with habits, fears, and self-doubt that keep them from thriving. She truly knows how powerful the subconscious mind can be in breaking through those barriers. She understands both the corporate high-performer mindset and the creative artist's vulnerability, offering solutions that meet clients where they are. She continues to help her clients experience the change they seek, building resilience, confidence, and balance in their lives through the power of their subconscious mind.
